JF: Bull - everyone I talk to thinks the Dems are way out of line and Maine is a Dem state. How bizarre recounting only those counties that are pro-Gore. These ballots were designed to be counted by a machine not a human. As they handle them they become more subject to the opinion of the counter. JFD
