Wayne Maybe I chose the wrong guy to run this one by, but here it is. Doesn't this Katherine Harris thing seem just a tad like a Saturday night live skit? She will decide which votes to accept? How will that go? "OK what do you have there.. 40 votes for Bush... MMMM I'll accept those... and you, what do you have? 200 votes for Al... MMMMM nope, I can't accept those" Seems Florida is a tie, plain and simple. 300 votes in no margin, and it will disappear. If Gore wasn't such a geek he would let this go a few more days, get a lead without a total state hand count and walk away. You're right noone wants to be in the white house this next four years.
