Yes. That was the reason for yesterday's drop. But I think there are a variety of reasons for the drop besides that - and they have little to do with the fundamentals. I can't verify it though.

The stock was heavily hyped for awhile. I suspect that a lot of people are on margin and are getting killed. LVLT has been falling in the general telecommunications wipeout.

Janus and Fidelity own(ed) an absolute ton of it. I am not sure if they are getting redemptions in any of their speculative funds, but they must be taking a little beating.

There is tax selling going on.

It was extremely high earlier this year.

Management commented on the Gilder report/conference - which I did not read. They basically called him a scamster, but in much nicer words. Apparently, management was invited to speak at one of his conferences. They accepted, and then recieved a huge bill for it, so they refused. They questioned whether his picks and pans were highly correlated to who paid and who didn't. THey also refuted his claims about the technology.
