Elmer,

I almost lost it when Warren Christopher said the decision to allow the deadline to stand and require the SOS to use discretion in reviewing each county's request for an extension was tantamount to a victory for the Democrats and they will appeal the decision.

If the SOS tries to block the recount in PB county tomorrow, she is going to look pretty bad. (Not that she is looking too good right now.)

You are easily amused.

Yes Elmer,

I saw that headline on cnn.com but it has been pulled.

Christopher viewed it as a victory!

Check out this little tidbit buried in the liberal press.
Gore's team is suing Broward county today!

foxnews.com

Can't find it mentioned anywhere else.
