And the Gore team filed a lawsuit against Broward county.

usatoday.com

It's buried down at the bottom.

Steve,

I guess Ms Harris will be precipitating a lot of interesting events in the near future.

Steve,

How up-to-date is the information about Broward County?

I found an article that confirms that Dade county (Miami) will not do a hand recount dailynews.yahoo.com
Volusia county finished their hand re-count. Broward county went back and forth about doing the recount, and I don't know what their final decision is. Have you seen anything more definite than the USA Today article?

Based on this, am assuming that Dade, Volusia will not file a request for hand count, Broward may, and Palm Beach probably will.

Joe

Steve Re..re:"Dade and Broward Counties have refused to do a hand count."<<

I think it is obvious nobody will be satisfied with the vote count unless they recount by hand the whole state. And instead of delaying the obvious they ought to get on with it. And I would like both campaigns to abide by the results. It should be just like poker, throw all of your money into the pot and let the best man win. Leave all of the other states out of it.
