Iceshark,

It is used as a penetrator (D.U.) because it literally starts on fire on impact and burns its way through armor.

Really?, didn't realise. I'm going to check that out..I do know a 30-oh-6 lead FMJ (copper) punches a neat hole in 1/8 inch of steel plate no problem at all.

Besides, you are missing the point...silly. You don't fire at them, just near um! OK put a few D.U rounds in just to scare em a little, but you shoot them into the dirt! Done correctly this will destroy the whole command structure and the will to fight. (mind you got to get them there first, a true test of a Nations will) Is there a recorded case in history where money was hurled at the enemy to destroy the fighting organization? Maybe could be used in an offensive role too..."OK guys we are bombarding the suckers with PLATINUM"... This maybe patentable under "new use". You seen it dated and time stamped here -g- I could do a really good
Spike Milligan sketch on this one. "My god sir, they just dropped 5,692.4 kilograms of bombs 500 miles from the front line" The general looks drained and blanches ivory white.. "oh sh*t and were short on gas too...Destroy the enemy internet....we've got to stop the opening".

Re ducks. And you know many hunters use 10 gauge (as opposed to 12 gauge) firing bb for ducks. Otherwise you lose the range and pellet count.

Have to put my GTC's in now, later.

pearly.
