Some guy?? I saw a high ranking Gore spokespersons the other night categorically state they would fight a state wide re-count, because the deadline had expired in other counties.

Phony unethical Democrats are now trying to spin the story differently. No surprise to me.

Baker's offer was reasonable and should have been jumped at by Gore. They've had 7 days to manufacture votes in Palm Beach County.

The votes have already been counted twice. Bush won both counts. Why would honorable people subject themselves to another count where the ballots are handled by people who may have a propensity to mischief? These ballots were not intended for non-machine counting. They are like IBM cards. There is no reason to feel, especially when dealing with people who have no values, the count would be fair and equitable. And, it has already been done on a consistent basis. The machine is neither democrat or republican.
