I don't know who is responsible to send the ballots to the military. Whoever is responsible should be held accountable.

My understanding is they (the ballots) went to the military post office and the Pentagon was responsible. I don't believe they were just Fl. ballots, but ballots from many states. I can't recall the name right now, but there is a persons name at the Pentagon who is said to have the responsibility of carrying out the task.
