An additional problem is the subjectivity of how the votes are scored. Apparently all the republican and democratic observers can do is utter the word "objection", in which case the three member commission, (in Palm County), rules on how to score the vote in question. According to the republican observer, all objections seem to be following a straight party line vote by the commission of 2 democrats to 1 republican.

If this is true, then there is NO chance that even a statewide recount (under these terms) will yield a fair result. I believe 47/67 counties are controlled by Democrats. And I don't think it would be much different if Republicans controlled the majority of counties. This thing must be resolved in the Supreme Court. If either party will not abide by a Supreme Court decision, then bring on the revolution!
