AMQT needs to go back to school on marketing principles. AMQT hires a consultant which does publicity for the company but neglects the fundamentals of helping the company on free advertizing, on their products and services; and direct mailing to accomplish market saturation quickly to expand sales. Kramer and Jensen had the responsibility to get sales leads for their account executives to expand telemarketing to quickly pick up more sales revenue. Lets get to that, pronto.
