Basically, I disagree. He will be President and be held accountable as such. I think that no matter who wins the election they are expected to be "Presidential". I don't buy this no mandate B.S. If Gore wins he gets to express his leadership style, which means if he thinks the US should sign the Kyoto agreement, so be it and we'll get the $5/gal of gas he so desires. Gore will have a more difficult time getting agreements from house and senate, but he will have a mandate. Jim
