Are you trying to tell us that you did not have a politically correct interpretation of where gold was headed in 94 as far as Gold Eagle was concerned? <g>

I was wondering if anybody bothers to track the accuracy of all these wild predictions made there. From my reading, I think it is very poor and I'm being charitable here.

> You know, Gold-Eagle.com refused to publish an article I wrote in 1994 saying that Gold would fall below $275...

In early 1997 (gold 360ish), I suggested their supply-demand analysis was incorrect because it excluded too many sources of supply, especially scrap. Primary mine production was also on track to increase as a result of all of the capital investments made in the 1993-1996 timeframe. I claimed gold was more likely go under $300 than over $400 as predicted. I was told it took different opinions to make a market and mine was incorrect. Only pro-gold articles seem to be acceptable and found there.

Hutch,

Its known that your age is of a number that most here
place you in that group of "very young farts" and know
that much later in life, like 20 - 30 years you will
have "aged" into an old fart like I and some others
who have already reached that eXtra Sharp Aged Cheese
place in life where they can fart in public and not
ever no more forever worry about public opinion.

Tried I have to bait JACK of all Trades to post his wonderful
Words of Wisdom & Damnation posts onto this GPM thread,
but nope it seems as maybe his eXtra advanced aged cheese
on top of those Soap Boxes have entered that phase where
wine turns into nasty bitter vinegar.

So in this spirit I hope that very soon your young farts
will age and obtain a character beyound Wonder Cheese
and worthly to be melted like Goat Cheese on top of what
I must say as an insider joke, Toasted Thorns, rather than
an un-French bread type like Wonder bread.

... Gold-Eagle.com refused to publish an article I wrote
... they pander to wide eye speculations on uncertainty
... and they secretly prey for world doom. Y.F. Hutch

Lets see,
or might I ask a question I already have the answer4,
while I already know your answer4.

Is this Gold-Eagle place any different than say a place
like CNBC where only their agenda is allowed?

Where can one go to get the facts to predict the future?

If this above question is answered and the info is obtained,
then might one ask if it is necessary that the info received
is honest and correct, or might that not be required if what
one receives is simply "the way things are", which includes
corruption and evil manipulation.

... often expressed my bias that "I am not a goldbug"
... see many articles/posts/newletters which only look
at the postive factors, ingore the negatives
... always in a "buy gold it is going to the moon" mode
... try to objectively look at the fundamentals, techincals,
and everything else and try to come to a reasonable probabilities.
Nothing is certain and even "facts" are subject to getting skewed
according to personal agendas. Bob Johnson
