IQBAL, my comment about possibility of fraud was because of these unreadable post marks, post marks from Dec 2000 on some oversees ballots. Maybe it is human error. Who knows ? People mix race/religion with politics all the time. I wish it weren't that way, but then again some mix their own pocketbooks with politics, why should it be that way ? I think politics is too complicated not to revolve around matters such as these. Education and learning are 2 different things :-(
