likely more balance and fairness than in WestPalmBeach

I believe it was the Democrat PB County canvassing board that went to court this morning to try to get "dimples" counted, even though they hadn't employed that procedure earlier. Are you suggesting that a local jurisdiction should be able to "cook" the election by changing and re-defining the rules in mid-stream, to ensure a desired outcome?
