No. That's the problem. The counting is done! The machines worked fine. The Democrat PB county board: 1) counted; 2)re-counted; and then 3) embarked on an Alice-in-Wonderland, cook-the-results, "reclassification" of ballots because they didn't like the outcome of the count and re-count.

Even the sample 1% count of precincts was "cooked" -- it is not representative of what the likely outcome would be, because only the heaviest Democrat precincts, some 9-1 for Gore or more, were counted. Any true and correct extrapolation must take into account the ratio of votes in the precincts that were and were not counted, not simply a Gore-weighted extrapolation of the heaviest Democrat precincts.

The "will of the people" was expressed in the count and re-count.
