I wonder what 4% of the CF market is worth?

I was surprised about $2M for the MMC. I wonder if they can get that back from ?Toshiba? I didn't think Sandisk sold that much MMC to warrant $2M, though obviously they do/did.

Any numbers in pre trade? The ones I am getting from Datek look strange, 149,000 shares Lexar traded, only 1,900 Sandisk, with Lexar up about $.75 (~15%), Sandisk down a fraction.

Whether the "design around" is a viable option for Lexar and whether it can be licensed further (in competition with SanDisk's licenses) remains questionable.

I am a little more sanguine. While I too am relieved by the finality of the decision, I really wanted LEXR thrown to the mat.

Time will tell. You wouldn't think that a design around would be so simple. In the meantime, SNDK remains in the drivers seat, while LEXR's stock is almost unmarginable. It will be interesting to see how LEXR's stock does over the next few months.
