What are you talking about? <extract from press release> In September 2000, Lexar sued SanDisk in the District of Delaware alleging that SanDisk's SmartMedia products infringe Lexar's United States Patent No. 5,479,638 (```638 Patent''). In resolution of this action, SanDisk will pay Lexar a lump sum payment of $2.0 million for a fully-paid up license for use of the `638 Patent in SmartMedia products.
