Jack, EMC using that approach:

Price = 1.04 X 35 X 2 X 1.2 = 87

As expensive as NTAP. Good entry point will also be in the low 70's. However, I've been accumulating in the low 80's because there is a chance we will have a year end rally. Nov to Jan have been the 'favorable' tech months because of the liquidity coming into the markets. If funds are getting money, I will assume that the biggest of the techs will get the bulk because of the perceived safety factor. The rally in late 1998 confirms this.

Notice I gave a 1.2 momentum rating to EMC just because it is much less underwater than NTAP, hence will attract momentum players more. Relative strength is another way of gauging momentum.
