Re: absentee ballot fraud. Did you read the article in yesterday's NY Times about the Seminole County, Florida, elections director who let Republican operatives camp out in her office so they could "correct" absentee-ballot applications submitted by registered Republicans? They apparently were adding information that some people forgot to include, but which the state's anti-fraud laws require in order to validate the requests. I also read, last week, that some absentee voters (maybe all of them?) were sent two absentee ballots, instead of just one. Some of the absentee voters referred to in the article said they completed both ballots: they voted twice.
