JHP,

I still hold that view - no doubt. But I think that part of the process has been the irresponsible use of government institutions like the IMF, Federal Reserve, Foreign Central Banks, and Treasury Department to provide bail outs of reckless undertakings. I think there would be greater limits on Wall St's theft without those institutions. That's the part I don't like. But I agree, theft and greed are universal. (g)
