Heroine my ass. She's a puppet on a string and Baker is yanking her chain. You reap what you sow. If the election turns on a partisan decision by a political hack, that will dog the GOP for all eternity.

tut tut e-bill. She is a republican goddess. Die hard republicans should kneel before her whenever they see her in person or on TV. Better yet, they should wear a chain dangling with her small photograph on the necklace.

I really wish the Republicans would start seeing this thing as it truly is-Politics at its best/worse. Both sides are trying to get their guy elected, and will do whatever needed. Baker emphasized a scorched earth policy if things didn't go his way. Harrisis a big Bush backer, in line for an ambassadorship. That is her priority. Period. If situations were reversed, both sides would do the exact same as the other side is doing now. Again, its called politics.
