the election should be decided by counting the votes.

Which votes? All of Florida, just Palm Beach County, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade?

A few points:

1) The non-absentee ballots were certified yesterday at 5 pm.

2) There is no count that is going on at present.

3) Polls are not legally binding, and are apparently no longer accurate (as proven a week ago).

4) The will of the American people was expressed on Nov. 7. It is the Rule of Law that will prevail in determining what the voters of Florida said.
