Because of UNIQUE circumstances in this case. "Cheating" can be reduced by making sure that the cheaters are punished to the maximum extent of law. Have strict watchdogs/cameras peering over the shoulder of the folks who are counting. Someone should randomly sample the countings to establish that no one is cheating. Looks to me that people do not have the WILL to elect the real Winner, whoever it is. They just want to sweep the shortcomings under the carpet.

Does anybody have any information on absentee ballots that might be expected from Israel? This is Al's only hope, and it is quite slim. The soap opera will continue as I see the following happening: 1. With the current count + absentee ballots, GWB wins 2. Harris certifies and officially announces GWB winner, not allowing hand counts 3. Future hand counts show Al winning FL. 4. On going fighting/court stuff, but to no avail, FL & country elect Bush. 5. Bush does just fine as President. 6. Al Gore elected President in 2004.
