Yes Hop, I would agree with that...also the vote count is just a snapshot of voter opinion on that day and for Gore to go around claiming a win is not right....perhaps if the vote were held today, Bush would win by a few thousand....the point is that you have to have some endpoint..a machine count of a snapshot event is fair...or else just go ahead and recount the whole damn state, or country for that matter, as long as the counting techniques remain the same for all involved...god I wish this were over, but it is fun civics!!! doc
