Well, according to his interpretation, he didn't. Sex meant he had intercourse, which he did not have. It's sort of like Gore saying he will work hard for "all" the people. It's all based on interpretation: Clinton and Gores ( plus a host of likeminded liberals) versus the rest of the country.

Why bring up Clinton? Has nothing to do with Gore. Especially concerning his sex life. Another typical GOP disinformation tactic, to somehow link Gore to Monica and the shame there. Gore has probably never had sex with anyone but Tipper his whole life. How many men can you say that about in his position?
