It will only take 6 or 7 million people to stop such an amendment. People don't throw away political power.

Why don't you propose abolishing the Senate of the United States? It's far more lopsided in terms of disproportionate political power?

You are sadly mistaken. There is no way that the majority of the country will cede power to the major metropolitan centers. No way, ever.

As with Bill, Hillary simply wants the issue. She has no intention of fixing the problem (assuming that there is a problem).
