No one denies we have problems in Texas; but oil is what Texas is built on and change comes slowly. I have developed an annoyance recently with those who act as if GW spewed the pollution personally, and that nothing is being done. Easy to criticize, not so easy to effect change in an industry that dominates our economy. Sure, more should have been done.
