You can punch a ballot without seating the ballot correctly, Bush really recieved 79 million votes because of incorrect seating. You see what you guy's argue is that there are some cards in there and you want to find them, they are rejected by definition. Interesting that no one is arguing that 450,000 ballots even if there weren't rejects could even be counted accurately, it CAN't be done. Texas did not hand count ballots this year nor will they in the future, the law was put into place in the event of total equipment malfunction, a last resort. Jim
