People move around from state to state a lot these days. Nomatter what type you are you're just as likely to live in Kansas as Maryland these days. The fear of one state vs. another is out-dated. With the EC system most votes in small states which are either heavily GOP or heavily Democrat are worthless. They don't even count. Bush's 30% lead in Texas wasn't worth a thing. That alone is millions disenfranchised.
