MONTREAL, Canada, Nov. 16 /CNW/ - The TIREX Corporation (OTCBB-TXMC) announced today that Simpro S.p.a. of Torino, Italy,
has entered into a manufacturing contract with Tirex to produce Tirex' patented cryogenic tire recycling technology, the TCS-1.
President, John L. Threshie Jr., offered: "Tirex is very proud to have Simpro S.p.a. as our partner in bringing our technology to
market. This puts us in position to advance negotiations for potential purchase orders of the TCS-1."

Simpro S.p.a., since 1986, operates worldwide as a high technology content design and manufacturing company, primarily in the
automotive industry. Simpro will fabricate, install and test all versions of the TCS-1 systems sold by Tirex. Simpro is a certified

Tirex has recently developed a patented cryogenic tire recycling process and has commenced its efforts to market its tire recycling
systems worldwide.

Some economic and legal considerations due to the translation from English to Italian are to be determined.
