Peter Blackmore, currently senior vice president and general manager for Sales and Services, has been named executive vice president, Sales and Services, while Michael Winkler, currently senior vice president and general manager for the Commercial Personal Computer Group, has been named executive vice president, Global Business Units. Mary McDowell, currently vice president and general manager of the Industry Standard Server Group, has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager of that business unit.
