There's a lot of things that could be done to make voting both easier and more accurate. One of the most obvious things is to allow more time to vote, a couple of weeks. A good system would even detect voting multiple times and ask the voter to resolve the ambiguity (even if the multiple times were on different days). This isn't rocket science, it's computer science.
