Johnston as a Director 11:28 EST Wednesday, November 15, 2000 John Jacobson, President and CEO of Offshore Systems International Ltd. (Offshore; TSE: OSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Raymond W. Johnston to the Company's Board of Directors. This marks the return of Mr. Johnston to the Offshore Board. He was previously a member of the Company's Board from December 1994 to September 1998. Mr. Johnston, the President of the Chamber of Maritime Commerce, has 25 years of experience in the marine industry.
