"Following the existing laws" includes using the courts to resolve disputes in interpretation. Like, three days to ask for a manual recount but no time to actually do a recount??? Do you trust Bush campaigner Ms. Harris to make the correct interpretation there? 5 or 6 Judges have recused themselves in Palm Beach, do you imagine Ms. Harris has given any thought to doing something similar? Of course, Ms. Harris is totally "objective", by the same indisputable local standards which hold that the media are all "liberal".
