It would be easy to handcount the entire state in a week. You don't think they have just one team of county workers who move from county to county do you? They count them all at the same time.

Only someone who lies to the public like James Baker would indicate that it takes more time. All it takes is the will, and Bush doesn't have it since he knows that the systematic error undercounts democrat votes, not republican ones.
