Very positive action on NOI (for both NOI and the OSX)

Doesn't get any better than this for TA folk.

After a long sideways convergering pattern it broke out to the upside today in a big way. This was one that I was watching closely (along with SII) since it could have broken out in either direction (maybe giving a preview to the OSX). Given it's market cap this does show that mutual fund money is coming our way again. Yet another indication that this may be more than a mini-rally.

On a fundamental basis though NOI is still pricey so I don't play it directly.

Over 4 mil shares traded on GRP now...wow. Maybe a sign for the other tubulars? Granted they do drill pipe as well and have a 60%+ market share, but it's still a good sign that tubulars ain't "dead". Let's hope some of that money finds it way into MVK, NSS and LSS.

GRP's chart show this rally should continue for more than 1 day - especially given the incredible volume.

Given the cold weather to come over the next couple weeks I think we're in pretty good shape. The election issue may (but not likely) be settled over the weekend as well.
