I didn't hear all of Crowes comments. I think that the telecom world is in a major flux right now. It is difficult to tell who is still going to be around in a year or 5 years as well as who might pop up in the telecom space who isn't there now.

I suspect that the next buildout may come from somebody who isn't desperate for junk bond financing to make it happen. Would you be surprised if your local power company decided to get into the last mile delivery of communications? They certainly haven't been shy about medium and long haul communications (CP&L and Enron are good examples).

Basically, I don't know the real answer to the question of who is going to finance the stuff further down the road, but there is a huge opportunity and someone is going to take advantage of it.
