Panic setting in yet? Presently we are only getting a taste of Winter in the ~middle of the Fall. If this is the reaction to oil & gas stock levels, OPEC & production, I cant wait to see what happens if we get a colder than normal Winter prediction. i.e. colder than historical normal not the last 3 mild Winters.

BTW NJ area weather forecasts have now put a low in the teens.

Anyone care to tell me why TA says a good increase on modest volume is bullish?

Michael, thanks for the FGH link. I wonder what that implies? Does this eliminate a potential conflict of interest in a situation where FGH is working on a rig they partly own? Does this free Noble to take the rig elsewhere? Is this just to raise cash? Just wondering.
