I was there, I saw the swoon it was the kind of action you get from an absence of buyers in the market. No one seemed to be looking for the reversal, everyone was looking for a crash. People are still looking for a crash. Evidence is that as issues rose on what started as short covering mid-day Monday, the public was selling not buying! Meanwhile the block buying was net in on the issues I follow.

Now what does that say?

I'm not talking about the big index leaders either (the ones everyone here thinks the "PPT" targets) the reversal started in the beaten down issues I'm tracking first, the ones attempting to break out of a base.
