They shouldn't feel cheated if they went to school and learned something while there. Too many people either didn't care about civics or merely obtained a C.O. or Certificate of Occupancy.

They are entitled to their feelings. Bush will be declared the President or Gore will be declared President when one of the two amasses 270 votes from the Electoral College. Everyone else will have to deal with it. Some people will have their feelings hurt, but time heals all.
