Oh yes, that would be fair. Let's replace all Republicans with Democrats. She happens to be the only Republican with any say. Everybody else is a Democrat (8 out of 9 Supreme Court judges, just about all the judges handing down the decisions, both county commissions that are still in play)

I think the Democrats have extremely twisted sense of fairness.

I don't think people really care until something like this happens...even then, when they vote they put the same old guard back in...
