That AP story is nothing but an accusation. In fact, the only reference to a tape was from Roberts herself, stating that the tape is evidence that the accusation is false. Within a couple of hours of talk about the Palm Beach ballot, you could find the actual ballot very easily. If there is a tape, it is being played all over the place. Yet there isn't anyone around who can state that they have seen an incriminating tape, only the accused who says the tape vindicates her.
