The federal government confiscates land from the states and takes 90 % of the revenues in taxes. President Clinton goes about (with executive orders) removing the lands of the states without their considerations. These executive orders are dictatorial. One of the claims against CLinton was that the lands in Utah that he confiscated were rich in the highest grade of coal. The only other place that had such value was owned by the Riyadhi family. This may be bogus but the executive orders are not the will of the people of Utah that is for sure. This is not a Democracy do you understand that ?
