I was not aware that Bush was accused of changing his grades...you would think that he would have changed the grade to something higher than a C+, although he has never been accused of being all that sharp...his malaprops are something that one might expect from some goofy co-worker or perhaps the guy who picks up my trash, but not the President of the United States.
