--Far better is a little soup in peace than a feast with much argument ... --

ok speaking of food, check this out:

Bachelor's Hearty Fish Soup:

1 slab of fish (a pound or two)
1/2 bag of rice
2 onions
pepper and oregano
frozen veggies and/or canned beans

throw the fish slab into the oven at 210 farenheit for 4 hours.

at 3.5 hours boil the rice with pepper and oregano mixed in.

dice the onions

throw the onions and frozen veggies and/or beans into the rice.

at approx 4 hours, take the fish out and then put it into the rice mix... cook it all until the water is mostly cooked out.

now you have 'hearty fish soup' (no broth... just a 'paste')

i like to make a plate of minced cabbage, then put hearty fish soup over the top.

then mix the juice of 1/2 fresh lemon with water and honey -= instant lemonade!!

serve with bagel or pocket bread and butter or olive oil...

mmmmm
