Barry, <<I would add that Intel will also probably have to pay royalties on DDR too - higher royalties>> I agree with you on this...IMO this is what brought about the toll booth remark. May also be the reason that Edelstone cut Intc while keeping a strong buy on Rmbs. I think I remember that Intc has to have 20% Rambus for two quarters in order to qualify for the warrants. I also think the date was extended from 12/31/00. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. Glenda
