OK. If they don't block the recounts it still doesn't mean that the SOS has to accept them. The decision is within her sound discretion although the decision can not be arbitrary. I can think of several reasons to reject the "manual reinterpretation" of the vote the dems favor. Courts are reluctant to interfere with a Constitutional Officer's discretion absent an egregious misuse of that discretion. I doubt that will happen here unless Ms. Harris is as dumb as a PBC voter.
