You caught me.

Alan Greenspan and I go back a long way. These days I am responsible for perpetuating the Fed's spin on various Internet threads. Alan has come to realize that the best way to manipulate public opinion is to have me post false economic thoughts on the threads of SI, thereby keeping his excellent reputation intact.

Your powers of perception have correctly identified me as his puppet, though. I am worried that Greenspan's career may now be over.
