The law says she may reject them in her discretion which the court noted may not be exercised arbitrarily. The Court refused to stop the manual reinterpretations/vote fraud but it does not affect the SOS discretionary power as provided by statute. JLA

Partytime- You're wrong. Harris will do everything she possibly can do to make sure Bush wins. She'll ignore the courts. She go to jail if she has to. She'll die for Bush. I don't think you understand the blind devotion people give to their candidates (both parties).
