I think at this point, Florida should finish the absentee count, and if there is a clear winner, the other should bow out. Period!

Gore has proposed a manual recount in all counties and stated that if Bush agrees then Gore will accept the outcome without any further legal challenges. This will be difficult for Bush to accept, since the Republicans have argued from the outset that there should be no manual counts.
